Nimbus Communications Mobile Service Privacy Policy

​Nimbus Communications ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information of our mobile service customers and website users. By using our mobile services or interacting with our website, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

​This is information you provide when you sign up for service, purchase a device, or contact us:

​Account & Financial Information: Credit card or bank details, payment history, deposit information, and credit checks/scores (where permitted by law).
​Identification: Government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license or passport) for verification and fraud prevention.
​B. Network & Service Usage Information
​This information is generated by your use of our mobile network and services:
​Call & Text Details (Metadata): Phone numbers you call or text, the date, time, and duration of calls, and the time and date of texts. We don't generally monitor or store the content of your communications.
​Location Data: Real-time information about the geographic location of your mobile device, derived from your device's connection to our cell towers and network (Cell Site Location Information).
​Data Usage Information: Websites visited, applications used, data volume consumed, and internet protocol (IP) addresses.
​Device & Equipment Information: Mobile Device ID (IMEI/MAID), SIM card number, device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
​C. Website & App Usage Information
​We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our website and mobile application (if applicable), including browsing history, search queries, and pages viewed.
​2. How We Use Your Information
​We use the collected information for various business and service-related purposes:
​To Provide and Maintain Service: To establish, activate, and manage your account; process billing and payments; deliver and troubleshoot network connectivity; and ensure service quality.

​Business Operations: For network planning, aggregate statistical analysis, and to improve our services, network performance, and business strategy.
​Legal & Regulatory Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal processes (like court orders or warrants), and cooperate with law enforcement.
​3. Sharing Your Information
​We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, we may share information with third parties for the purposes described below:
